Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F to 400°F) for a perfect sear on the patties.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, Tabasco sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix gently to avoid tough patties.
  3. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape into palm-sized patties with a slight indentation in the center.
  4. Place patties on the grill and cook for about 4 minutes until nice grill marks appear. Flip, add cheese, and cook for another 4 minutes.
  5. Remove burgers from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes to redistribute juices.
  6. Mash the avocados and mix in lime juice, cumin, jalapeño, cilantro, basil, salt, and pepper to make guacamole.
  7. Assemble the burgers by placing arugula on the bottom half of each bun, followed by patties and guacamole.
  8. Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
