Step-by-Step Instructions for Thai Peanut Turkey Burgers
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, cilantro, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Drizzle in soy sauce and lime juice along with sesame oil, then season with salt and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  2. Divide the turkey mixture into four equal portions and carefully form each into a patty, about ¾ inch thick. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty.
  3. Preheat your grill or non-stick skillet over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes. Lightly grease it before cooking.
  4. Place the patties on the grill or skillet, cooking for 5 to 6 minutes on each side. Flip gently when they release from the cooking surface.
  5. While the patties cook, whisk creamy peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and sriracha in a small bowl. Mix in warm water until desired consistency.
  6. To assemble, spread a tablespoon of peanut sauce on each toasted bun, add a patty, drizzle extra peanut sauce, and top with fresh vegetables.
  7. Serve immediately, alongside additional peanut sauce for dipping.
