Step-by-Step Instructions for Taco Balls
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and light grease.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, Bisquick, taco seasoning, diced green onions, sour cream, salsa, and the beaten egg. Mix until well combined.
  3. Scoop out about one tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Place on the baking sheet spaced about an inch apart.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes until golden brown, checking internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
  5. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then serve warm with dipping sauces.
