Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out refrigerated pizza dough into a large rectangle, roughly 12x16 inches.
  3. Spread a thin layer of Thousand Island dressing over the pizza dough, leaving an inch around the edges.
  4. Layer the corned beef, followed by Swiss cheese and drained sauerkraut.
  5. Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other, sealing the edges well.
  6. Brush the top with egg wash or cooking spray, and sprinkle with caraway seeds if desired.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  8. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then cut into slices and serve warm with extra dressing.
