- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out refrigerated pizza dough into a large rectangle, roughly 12x16 inches.

- Layer the corned beef, followed by Swiss cheese and drained sauerkraut.
- Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other, sealing the edges well.
