Preparation Steps
- In a small bowl, combine the chopped fresh strawberries, balsamic vinegar, strawberry preserves, and stripped rosemary sprigs. Allow to rest for 30 minutes.
- Take your freezer pop molds or paper cups and spoon 2 tablespoons of vanilla yogurt into each one. Add 1 tablespoon of the strawberry mixture on top, and repeat layers.
- Cover the tops of paper cups with foil and poke a stick through the center. Place in the freezer to freeze until firm, about 4 to 6 hours.
- Once fully frozen, gently remove the pops from the molds, using warm water if necessary. Serve immediately.
