Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a small bowl, combine the chopped fresh strawberries, balsamic vinegar, strawberry preserves, and stripped rosemary sprigs. Allow to rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Take your freezer pop molds or paper cups and spoon 2 tablespoons of vanilla yogurt into each one. Add 1 tablespoon of the strawberry mixture on top, and repeat layers.
  3. Cover the tops of paper cups with foil and poke a stick through the center. Place in the freezer to freeze until firm, about 4 to 6 hours.
  4. Once fully frozen, gently remove the pops from the molds, using warm water if necessary. Serve immediately.
