  • ½ cup Peanut Butter Chips

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the baking pan with parchment paper and grease.
  2. Melt ½ cup of unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat, then stir in 1 cup of creamy peanut butter and 1 cup of dark brown sugar.
  3. Add in 2 large eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly. Then, add ½ teaspoon of salt, 1 cup of all-purpose flour, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder until just combined.
  4. Fold in 1 cup of white chocolate chips and ½ cup of peanut butter chips.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, smoothing the top and optionally sprinkling with flaky sea salt.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes uncovered, then cover with foil and bake for an additional 15-18 minutes until golden.
  7. Allow the blondies to cool for 20 minutes before cutting into squares.
