- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the baking pan with parchment paper and grease.
- Melt ½ cup of unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat, then stir in 1 cup of creamy peanut butter and 1 cup of dark brown sugar.
- Add in 2 large eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly. Then, add ½ teaspoon of salt, 1 cup of all-purpose flour, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder until just combined.
- Fold in 1 cup of white chocolate chips and ½ cup of peanut butter chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, smoothing the top and optionally sprinkling with flaky sea salt.
- Bake for 15 minutes uncovered, then cover with foil and bake for an additional 15-18 minutes until golden.
- Allow the blondies to cool for 20 minutes before cutting into squares.
