- Cook 4 slices of chopped bacon in a skillet until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Add 1 cup of chopped kimchi and 2 tablespoons of brown sugar. Sauté for another 5 minutes until the kimchi softens.
- In a large bowl, combine 1 pound of ground chicken, 3 tablespoons of gochujang, salt and pepper. Form into four equal patties.
- Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat, add patties and cook 5-7 minutes each side until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Toast the 4 buns. Spread mayonnaise on each bun, add burger patty, top with Kimchi Bacon Jam, cucumber slices and cilantro.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
