Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange bread slices on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 5-7 minutes until golden and crisp.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced cherry tomatoes and sauté for 3-5 minutes until softened.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the vinaigrette mixture to the tomatoes in the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Top each crostini with the warm cherry tomato mixture and garnish with fresh basil.
