- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined and smooth, then add 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and mix gently.
- Spread 1/2 cup of the cheese filling evenly across the bottom of your prepared baking dish.
- Place three lasagna noodles on top, then spread one-third of the remaining cheese filling evenly over the noodles, followed by one-third of the chopped deli ham and 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat the layering: add three more noodles, a third of the cheese filling, another third of the ham, and another cup of mozzarella. Press down gently.
- For the final layer, place your last three noodles on top, spread the remaining cheese filling, and top generously with the remaining mozzarella.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the lasagna rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing and serve garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
