  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt adjust to taste

  • ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Spiralize or slice the zucchinis into noodle shapes. Microwave for 1-2 minutes, drain excess liquid.
  2. Melt butter in a non-stick pan. Cook chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic for about 7 minutes until golden.
  3. Pour heavy cream into the pan, stir in Parmesan cheese and parsley. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until sauce thickens.
  4. Return chicken to the pan and fold in zucchini noodles until heated through. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. Serve warm, garnished with additional Parmesan and parsley.
