Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine equal parts water and sugar with sliced jalapeños and fresh cilantro. Over medium heat, stir gently until the sugar dissolves, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
  2. Moisten the rim of a glass by running a lime wedge around it. Pour Tajin onto a small plate and dip the rim into the mix for an even coating.
