Instructions

  2. Incorporate Tahini and Olive Oil: Add olive oil and tahini to the herb mixture. Pulse again for another 20-30 seconds until well combined.
  3. Adjust the Consistency with Water: Gradually add cold water while pulsing to achieve desired consistency, blending until smooth.
  4. Taste and Final Adjustments: Taste and adjust flavor with more salt or lemon juice/zest if desired.
  5. Serve or Store: Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 5-7 days.
