Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather all your ingredients on the kitchen counter.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, soaked breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Transfer the meat mixture into a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan. Press down firmly to shape the loaf.
  4. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Monitor the meatloaf to maintain consistent heat.
  5. While baking, prepare the glaze by combining Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, and apple cider vinegar in a saucepan. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  6. After 45 minutes, drizzle two-thirds of the glaze over the meatloaf and return it to the oven for another 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  7. Once baked, let the meatloaf rest for 15 minutes. Slice and serve.
