  3. Mix in 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons of pure pumpkin puree using a spatula to fold it in or continue using the mixer.
  4. Add in 1/4 cup of honey and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, mixing on medium speed for another 1-2 minutes until well combined.
