- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, gently combine ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled crispy applewood smoked bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped chives, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Avoid overmixing. Divide into six portions and shape each into a patty.
- Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Cook each patty for approximately 4 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 4 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- While the patties cook, lightly spread butter on the insides of the buns. Toast for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- To assemble the burgers, spread garlic aioli on the toasted side of each bun, layer with lettuce, tomato, and any desired toppings, then add a patty on top and serve immediately.
