Preparation Steps
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add 1 cup of mayonnaise and ¼ cup of ketchup. Use a spatula to mix these two creamy components until well blended.
- Incorporate 1 tablespoon of Sriracha and 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard into the bowl. Stir the mixture until fully combined.
- Add 1 tablespoon of dill relish, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, and ½ teaspoon of onion powder to the sauce mixture.
- Sprinkle in ½ teaspoon of smoked paprika, ¼ teaspoon of kosher salt, and ¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper. Mix well until all the spices are evenly distributed.
- Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors meld.
- Once chilled, your Burger Sauce is ready to elevate burgers, sandwiches, or as a dip for fries.
