- Lightly butter the inside of each brioche bun, then set them aside.
- Divide the ground beef into eight equal portions and form into thin patties.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the patties for 2-3 minutes on each side, adding cheese on top after flipping.
- Once cooked, stack the patties on top of each other.
- Toast the buttered side of the brioche buns on the grill for about 30 seconds.
- Assemble the burger with BBQ sauce, stacked patties, bacon, and onion rings.
