For the Toppings
  • 1 medium avocado sliced
  • 1/4 cup unsalted cashews chopped and toasted
  • 1 medium lime for squeezing over wraps
For the Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil for flavor
  • 3 tablespoons coconut aminos gluten-free soy sauce alternative
  • 1-2 tablespoons Thai chili sauce to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Sauce by mincing garlic and grating ginger. Whisk together garlic, ginger, sesame oil, coconut aminos, Thai chili sauce, sea salt, and black pepper. Set aside.
  2. Cook the Ground Beef in a large skillet over medium heat, adding ground beef and breaking it apart. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Incorporate Green Onions by stirring sliced green onions into the cooked beef and cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the Sauce to the beef mixture. Stir and simmer on low heat for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Prep the Lettuce and Toppings by washing and drying butter lettuce and preparing avocado and cashews.
  6. Assemble Your Wraps by placing lettuce leaves on a platter, spooning the beef mixture onto each, and topping with avocado, cashews, and lime juice.
