Step‑By‑Step Instructions
  1. Begin by placing your chicken thighs or breasts in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, ensuring each piece is beautifully coated.
  2. Sprinkle paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper over the chicken. Mix well, cover, and let it marinate for 10–15 minutes at room temperature.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken to the skillet and sear for 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Then pour in honey, chili flakes, and apple cider vinegar, stirring thoroughly.
  5. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, ensuring it's well coated with sauce. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese generously over the top.
  6. Plate your chicken on a serving dish, garnishing with fresh parsley or mint. Drizzle remaining hot honey sauce over the chicken.
