  • 1/4 cup Cinnamon Sugar Mix 1/4 cup sugar with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the Baking Pan: Butter an 8x8-inch baking pan generously to prevent sticking.
  2. Mix Rice Krispies and Cinnamon: Combine Rice Krispies cereal with desired amount of cinnamon in a large bowl.
  3. Melt Butter and Marshmallows: Melt 4 tablespoons of salted butter in a large saucepan over low heat, then add 4 cups of mini marshmallows, stirring continuously.
  4. Combine Mixtures: Remove from heat and quickly fold cinnamon-coated Rice Krispies into the melted marshmallow mixture.
  5. Press Mixture into Pan: Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan and press it evenly with a buttered spatula.
  6. Sprinkle Cinnamon Sugar: Evenly sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the top of your pressed Rice Krispie mixture.
  7. Cut and Serve: Slice the Churro Rice Krispie Treats into squares or rectangles once cooled.
