Step-by-Step Instructions for Strawberry Earthquake Cake
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. Prepare the strawberry cake mix in a large mixing bowl as per package instructions.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries, white chocolate chips, sweetened shredded coconut, and any optional chopped nuts.
  4. Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking pan.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
