- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, sauté minced garlic in olive oil for 1 minute. Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, half mozzarella, half parmesan, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Add sautéed spinach and garlic.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce in a baking dish, layer with half the pasta, ricotta mixture, remaining pasta, and top with remaining marinara sauce.
- Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and parmesan over top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve warm, ideally with garlic bread or a fresh salad.
