- Thoroughly drain both the pineapple chunks and tidbits and reserve about ¼ cup of the juice.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained pineapple, all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, reserved juice, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a prepared casserole dish.
- Mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter and sprinkle evenly over the pineapple mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- Let it rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
