Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Thoroughly drain both the pineapple chunks and tidbits and reserve about ¼ cup of the juice.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained pineapple, all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, reserved juice, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into a prepared casserole dish.
  5. Mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter and sprinkle evenly over the pineapple mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  7. Let it rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
