  3. Cook the patties on the grill or skillet for about 4-5 minutes per side, avoiding pressing down. Add cheese during the last minute of cooking.
  4. Butter the inside of buns and toast on the grill or skillet until golden brown.
  5. Assemble by spreading spicy mayo on the bottom bun, placing a patty on top, and adding toppings.
