  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder can substitute with fresh minced garlic
For the Noodles
  • 12 ounces Egg Noodles whole wheat or gluten-free options available
Optional Garnishes
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley for garnish
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese for garnish

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Cut the beef chuck roast into 1-2 inch chunks and season generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. In a large skillet, sear the seasoned beef chunks until browned, about 5-7 minutes, then transfer to the slow cooker.
  3. Pour the beef broth into the slow cooker, add onion soup mix and Worcestershire sauce, and stir well.
  4. Cover and set the slow cooker to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. About 30 minutes before the cooking time is up, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions.
  6. Once the cooking time is finished, stir in the cooked egg noodles and let warm through for 5-10 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese, then serve hot.
