  • 2 cloves Garlic fresh preferred, or garlic powder
  • 15 oz Tomato Sauce or crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar substitute with maple syrup or coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce can swap with a vegan alternative
  • 1 tsp Dry Mustard or ground/yellow mustard
  • to taste Salt essential for seasoning
  • to taste Pepper essential for seasoning
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese can use Monterey Jack or mozzarella

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the elbow noodles according to the package directions until al dente, about 8–10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté ground turkey until lightly browned, about 4–5 minutes.
  4. Add cauliflower rice, red bell pepper, onion, carrots, and garlic; sauté for 5–7 minutes until veggies soften.
  5. Stir in tomato sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, salt, and pepper. Bring to a gentle boil, then simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked elbow noodles to the skillet, stirring gently to combine.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top and bake for 5–7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from oven, allow to cool slightly, then serve warm.
