- In a medium bowl, whisk together sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce until well-combined.
- Wash and chop vegetables: slice bell pepper and carrot, chop green onions and yellow onion.
- Heat oil in a large pan over high heat; add onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until translucent.
- Add cabbage and carrots, stirring for another 2-3 minutes until slightly golden, then remove from pan.
- Add chicken to the pan; cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Return vegetables to pan; pour sauce over them and stir to coat. Add yakisoba noodles and stir-fry for an additional 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve hot.
