Step-by-Step Instructions for Worcestershire Meatloaf
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, egg, and 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce. Add in the finely diced onion, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and dried parsley. Mix gently, ensuring everything is well incorporated without overmixing.
- Shape the meat mixture into a loaf form and place it in your prepared loaf pan or on a rimmed baking sheet.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Set aside.
- Spread half of the prepared glaze evenly over the top of your meatloaf.
- Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
- After baking, brush the remaining glaze over the top and continue to bake for another 10 to 15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let the Worcestershire Meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
