Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions for Worcestershire Meatloaf
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, egg, and 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce. Add in the finely diced onion, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and dried parsley. Mix gently, ensuring everything is well incorporated without overmixing.
  3. Shape the meat mixture into a loaf form and place it in your prepared loaf pan or on a rimmed baking sheet.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Set aside.
  5. Spread half of the prepared glaze evenly over the top of your meatloaf.
  6. Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
  7. After baking, brush the remaining glaze over the top and continue to bake for another 10 to 15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
