  • 6 slices Turkey Deli Meat Can use leftover roasted turkey.
  • 3 pieces Bacon Can substitute with turkey bacon.
  • 1 medium Avocado Choose a ripe avocado.
  • 1 cup Romaine Lettuce Can substitute with spinach or arugula.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a food processor, combine ½ cup of mayonnaise, a handful of drained sun-dried tomatoes, and 1 clove of garlic. Pulse until smooth, approximately 30 seconds.
  2. Lay out 4 slices of sourdough bread and spread the sun-dried tomato aioli on both sides of each slice.
  3. Layer 3 slices of turkey deli meat over the first slice of bread, followed by 3 pieces of crispy bacon, sun-dried tomatoes, avocado slices, and romaine lettuce.
  4. Place the second slice of aioli-spread bread on top and press down lightly. Cut the sandwich in half diagonally.
  5. For a wrap version, spread the sun-dried tomato aioli on a tortilla, layer the ingredients, fold in the sides, and roll tightly.
