Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by taking your leftover rice and placing it in a microwave-safe bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of water, cover, and microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes until heated through and fluffy.
  2. Fluff the rice with a fork and scoop it into a serving bowl.
  3. Flake the cooked salmon and arrange it on top of the rice.
  4. Drizzle Kewpie mayonnaise over the salmon, followed by squeezes of Sriracha.
  5. Slice avocado and arrange it on top of the salmon along with spoonfuls of kimchi and scallions.
