  2. Cook the Tofu: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread crumbled tofu on a greased baking pan and bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway. Alternatively, sauté in a skillet.
  3. Sauté the Aromatics: Heat avocado oil in a wok. Add chopped chili, minced garlic, and sliced red onion. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Combine Tofu and Sauce: Add tofu and mix. Prepare sauce with soy sauces and sugar, pour over tofu, cooking for 1 more minute.
  5. Finish with Fresh Basil: Stir in fresh basil leaves and cook for 1-2 minutes until they wilt and release aroma.
