  • 4 slices pepper jack cheese Or Monterey Jack
  • 1/2 cup sour cream Or Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup pico de gallo Fresh

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a small bowl, combine all spice mix ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, break apart the ground beef and fold in the spice mix.
  3. Divide beef mixture into four portions and shape into patties, creating a well in each.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill patties for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  5. Let cooked patties rest for 5 minutes before assembling.
  6. Assemble burgers on Kaiser rolls with avocado, pico de gallo, sour cream, and jalapenos.
