Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together beef broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and minced garlic until well combined.
  2. Using a sharp knife, thinly slice the beef chuck roast into 1/4-inch strips.
  3. In your slow cooker, layer the sliced beef evenly across the bottom and pour the prepared sauce over the beef.
  4. After 90 minutes, mix cornstarch with cold water to create a slurry and stir it into the beef mixture in the slow cooker.
  5. Gently stir in fresh broccoli florets, cover the slow cooker, and cook on HIGH for about 10-15 minutes.
  6. Serve over steamed rice or cauliflower rice, garnishing with sesame seeds or chopped green onions.
