Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Unroll the cold puff pastry dough on a floured surface and brush with olive oil, sprinkle garlic powder and onion powder.
  2. Spread marinara sauce evenly on the pastry, leaving a border. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and top with pepperoni.
  3. Tightly roll the pastry into a log and freeze for 20 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Slice the log into 8 pieces and arrange on the baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven, cool briefly, and garnish with parsley before serving.
