Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat for 6-8 minutes until crispy. Remove and drain.
  2. Sauté sliced onions in the bacon grease over medium heat for 15-20 minutes until golden. Add Guinness and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Combine ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Form into patties.
  4. Cook patties in a preheated skillet or grill for 3-4 minutes on each side, adding cheddar in the last minute.
  5. Mix sour cream and Dijon mustard in a small bowl, seasoning to taste. Set aside.
  6. Toast brioche buns with butter cut-side down in the skillet for 2-3 minutes until golden.
