- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9”x13” casserole dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together 10 large eggs, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and 2 tablespoons water until smooth.
- Melt 2 tablespoons unsalted butter in a skillet over medium-low heat, add the egg mixture, and scramble for 3-5 minutes until just set.
- Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in the greased casserole dish.
- Layer 6 slices of deli American cheese over the bottom half of the buns, followed by the slices of deli ham and scrambled eggs. Top with remaining cheese slices.
- Place the top half of the Hawaiian rolls over the filling and lightly press down to compact.
- In a saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons unsalted butter and stir in 2 tablespoons maple syrup, 2 tablespoons French fried onions, and optional seeds. Brush over sliders.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
- Remove sliders from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
