Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9”x13” casserole dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together 10 large eggs, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and 2 tablespoons water until smooth.
  3. Melt 2 tablespoons unsalted butter in a skillet over medium-low heat, add the egg mixture, and scramble for 3-5 minutes until just set.
  4. Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in the greased casserole dish.
  5. Layer 6 slices of deli American cheese over the bottom half of the buns, followed by the slices of deli ham and scrambled eggs. Top with remaining cheese slices.
  6. Place the top half of the Hawaiian rolls over the filling and lightly press down to compact.
  7. In a saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons unsalted butter and stir in 2 tablespoons maple syrup, 2 tablespoons French fried onions, and optional seeds. Brush over sliders.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
  9. Remove sliders from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
