Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, add the mozzarella cheese and microwave for about 1 minute. Stir and continue to microwave in 10-second intervals until fully melted.
  3. Combine the almond flour, coconut flour, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add the melted mozzarella to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  5. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then crack an egg into it and mix until a moist dough forms.
  6. Place the dough on a sheet of parchment paper and roll it out into a rectangle, approximately ¼ inch thick.
  7. Make diagonal cuts into the dough, leaving a 4-inch section uncut in the center.
  8. Layer the uncut section of dough with slices of deli ham followed by cheddar cheese.
  9. Fold over the cut sections of dough, covering the filling, and secure the edges.
  10. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Let the Stromboli cool slightly, then slice into sections and serve.
