Ingredients
  

For the Packets
  • 1 lb smoked kielbasa sliced
  • 4 cups potatoes quartered or halved
  • 2 cups green beans fresh or frozen
  • 3 Tbsp butter or olive oil for a lighter option
  • 2 Tbsp Old Bay seasoning or your favorite seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F.
  2. Cut six 12-inch squares of aluminum foil.
  3. Place quartered potatoes and green beans onto each foil square.
  4. Dot vegetables with butter and sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning.
  5. Layer sliced kielbasa on top of the vegetables, seasoning again with Old Bay.
  6. Seal the foil packets tightly from the edges.
  7. Grill the packets for 15-25 minutes, checking for doneness.
  8. Carefully remove the packets and serve immediately.
