Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, ground cumin, garlic powder, and salt until well combined.
  2. Place cod fillets in a ZipLoc bag and pour the marinade over, seal tightly and refrigerate for 20-40 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, sriracha, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt until smooth.
  4. Shred cabbage and chop red onion and cilantro for toppings, then warm corn tortillas.
  5. Heat skillet and melt butter, then cook marinated cod fillets for 3-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
  6. Flake the cooked fish and assemble tacos with toppings and drizzle taco sauce.
