Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a food processor, blend together the chopped onion, distilled white vinegar, soy sauce, garlic cloves, brown sugar, crumbled bay leaves, and ground pepper until smooth.
  2. Place the chicken wings into a large Ziploc bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal tightly and refrigerate for at least 24 hours.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) when ready to bake.
  4. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray it generously with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Arrange the marinated chicken wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
  6. Remove the wings from the oven and squeeze fresh lime juice over them before serving.
