Preparation Steps

  2. Stuff the Mushrooms: Preheat a non-stick pan. Fill each mushroom cap with chicken mixture and pack it well.
  3. Pan-fry the Mushrooms: Add oil to the pan, place stuffed mushrooms chicken-side down, and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Prepare the Sauce: Whisk soy sauce, stock, mirin, and cornstarch until smooth. Pour over mushrooms once flipped.
  5. Finish Cooking: Cover the pan and cook for 4 more minutes, ensuring the sauce thickens.
  6. Serve: Transfer mushrooms to a dish, spoon excess sauce over. Serve hot with rice or salad.
