Step-by-Step Instructions for Chicken Avocado Wrap
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, diced avocado, Greek yogurt, chopped parsley, lemon juice, sliced red onions, garlic powder, and sea salt. Use a fork to gently mash the avocado while mixing everything together until well blended.
  2. Lay out your wholemeal Weight Watchers tortillas on a clean surface. Use a non-stick cooking spray or light brush of olive oil if desired. Place 2-3 leaves of romaine lettuce on the right side of each tortilla.
  3. Spoon generous amounts of the chicken and avocado mixture onto the romaine lettuce on each tortilla, keeping the filling concentrated on the right side for easier rolling.
  4. Starting from the right edge, carefully roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the filling as you go to create a secure wrap.
  5. Using a sharp knife, cut each wrap in half diagonally and place the halves cut-side up on a plate.
