Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  3. Transfer the meat mixture to a loaf pan or shape it into a loaf on a lined baking sheet.

  5. While the meatloaf is roasting, whisk together the glaze ingredients in a small bowl.
  6. After 30 minutes, spread half of the glaze mixture over the top of the meatloaf and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
  7. With about 5 minutes remaining, baste the meatloaf with the remaining glaze.
  8. Once the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C), remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
