- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, beaten egg, whole milk, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and parsley. Mix until just incorporated.
- Transfer the meat mixture to a loaf pan or shape it into a loaf on a lined baking sheet.
- Place the loaf into the preheated oven and roast for 30 minutes.
- While the meatloaf is roasting, whisk together the glaze ingredients in a small bowl.
- After 30 minutes, spread half of the glaze mixture over the top of the meatloaf and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
- With about 5 minutes remaining, baste the meatloaf with the remaining glaze.
- Once the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C), remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
