Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400-500°F. Gather skewers and mixing bowl.
  2. Combine olive oil with spices in a bowl to form a paste. Coat chicken breast pieces with this mixture.
  3. Slide the coated chicken onto skewers, leaving space between pieces for heat circulation.
  4. Grill the kebabs for 8-10 minutes, flipping occasionally until chicken is opaque and reaches 165°F.
  5. Whisk the reserved spices with sauce ingredients until smooth to create the barbecue sauce.
  6. During the last 2 minutes of grilling, brush barbecue sauce onto kebabs for a glaze.
