Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Baked Mahi Mahi Taco
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine chili powder, ground cumin, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the mahi mahi fillets skin-side down on the lined baking sheet and drizzle with lime juice.
  4. Evenly sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the fish fillets.
  5. Bake for 17-20 minutes until the fish is opaque and flakes easily.
