- In a blender, combine lemongrass, shallots, fish sauce, oyster sauce, lime juice, maple syrup, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and chili sauce. Blend until smooth.
- Slice the pork tenderloin into thin strips and pound lightly. Marinate pork with the blended marinade in the refrigerator for 4-8 hours.
- In a saucepan, heat rice vinegar, sugar, and water until dissolved. Pour over julienned carrots and daikon, let sit for at least 10 minutes.
- Preheat grill or skillet. Grill the marinated pork for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Slice baguettes in half and toast them lightly. Brush the insides with oil or butter and grill until golden brown.
