  2. Shape the Patties: Divide the beef mixture into six equal portions and shape each into a patty about 4 inches wide and 1 inch thick.
  3. Chill the Patties: Cover the shaped patties with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Preheat the Skillet: Set a skillet over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes, then lightly oil it.

  6. Flip and Finish Cooking: Carefully flip each patty and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
