Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat, about 400ºF.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine turkey, chipotle peppers, cumin, ground onion, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and almond meal or panko breadcrumbs. Mix gently and form into four patties.
- Grill patties for about 4 minutes on one side without moving them. Flip and continue grilling for another 4-5 minutes until internal temperature is 165ºF.
- Remove patties and add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt slightly.
- Assemble burgers by placing the patty on the bottom half of the bun, add toppings, then place the top half of the bun.

Use aluminum foil on the grill grates for easy clean-up while grilling.
