  3. In the same skillet, cook the prawns in a single layer for 2-3 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Return reserved garlic to the skillet, tossing to coat the shrimp in the sauce. Cook for an additional minute.
  5. Transfer to a serving platter, garnish with lemon wedges, and serve with white rice.
