Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a shallow dish, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Add fish fillets and coat thoroughly. Allow to marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine shredded cabbage, mayonnaise, minced chipotle peppers, lime juice, and honey. Stir until evenly mixed and refrigerate.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat, lightly oil grates, and grill marinated fish for 3-5 minutes per side until opaque and flakes easily. Let rest and break into chunks.
  4. Warm tortillas on the grill or in a dry skillet for about 30 seconds per side until pliable. Keep warm in a clean towel.
  5. Assemble tacos by placing grilled fish on a warm tortilla, topping with chipotle slaw and fresh cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
